Personal Trainer Branching Scenario:
Handling Clients on the  First Day

The problem: A senior personal trainer needed a situational training to teach newly certified trainers how to interact with clients on the first day. First meetings are critical for personal trainers to successfully keep their commission and maintain business for their training facility.

The solution: Using the ADDIE model and Articulate Storyline, I designed this branching scenario training module to assist new personal trainers on how to handle clients upon first meeting. The branching scenario takes the learner through various different scenarios based on each response, ending with concluding feedback. The training is accessible on desktop, phone, and tablet devices.
